I have taken my dogs here for many years for general care. Shots & neutering/spaying. The folks at the Care Center have always been great to us and our pets. Very good prices. I'm retired and have three dogs so their affordable prices really help out.

I took a kitten that I'm trying to rescue there, after her checkup they prescribed her 1 medication, then told me it was "like Good ole boy medicine" whatever that means, told me to go to the grocery store for her other medicines, which were yogurt and saline solution. I followed the instructions to the letter! This kitten is still as sick as she was before I took her there! Feel kinda ripped off!!!
They purged all their records when they went to electronic records. My dog has been going there since he was 2, he is now 13. When I requested a copy of his records they gave 1 piece of paper for the entirety of his care. I even had him chipped at this location and they have no record. Due to their lack of record keeping Animal Services is giving me a hard time about caring for my dog. I may lose my dog due to the fact that they can't run a business and keep records.
