Stayed two months at this park (April/May 2016) as it was a quiet time of the year and also close to home. When checked in a $300 deposit for electric (separate from the over $500 per month rate plus all the extra fees/$566 per month total. When checked out a gentleman by the name of Steven did a meter reading and presented a bill for $45. ...acceptable and about right since we worked during the day and had a/c set high. After 2 months of trying to get my difference in deposit I am told that April electric bill was $106...a bill I never saw. To make a long story short, I have not received a balance of deposit refund to date...only to be told that park manager is on vacation. My word to you is to use extreme caution when booking at this park as hiden fees may apply.

Lovely place in the quiet of Florida

A nice park and a great value if you book the season and pay up front. Nice pool, clubhouse, chip and putt golf, dog run, shuffle board, shoes. Lots of activities and great location. Staff is great and it attracts good people. Just returned for second season.

It's been a place I've been going to since 1983...Don and Nancy Lee and Sharon are gone and its still nice but the atmosphere is somehow different...it's a peaceful and quiet place with well kept grounds and nice camp sites. Prices have gotten outrageous for campsites...times are changing and I understand but it seems to me that camping is still camping...the hook ups are the same for electricity and sewer as they were years ago but the prices are not...$300 a month for a campsite is extortion...should be $300 every six months...I won't go back until new owners buy it out and run it right.

Lots of fun, great people, very friendly and helpful. All very clean and maintained. Definitely a place to camp,we keep coming back. Kudos to all the workers super job.
